Accounts & Mobile Verification
When you create an account, you may register and sign in using your mobile number. We verify your number with a one-time passcode (OTP) sent by text message. You are responsible for maintaining access to the mobile number associated with your account.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive account and service-related text messages from One Stop Auto Solutions. These may include one-time verification codes, work order status updates, appointment and repair progress notifications, and quote updates.
- Opt-in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox during account registration (on the sign-up page when you provide a mobile number), by adding and verifying a number in your account settings, or by texting START or UNSTOP to our number.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you use.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt back in.
- Re-subscribe: Reply START, UNSTOP, or YES to opt back in after opting out.

Services, Quotes & Payment
Quotes and estimates are provided based on the information available at the time and may change after inspection. Final pricing, scheduling, and the scope of work will be confirmed with you. Payment is due as agreed for the services performed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as early as possible so we can accommodate other customers. Specific cancellation requirements, if any, will be communicated at the time of booking.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty we expressly provide on repair work.
